Introduction
If you have reached to the stage of creating reverse pickups, I’m sure you are all set up with your returns and exchanges portal. Once return, exchange requests start coming in from your portal, you need to create reverse pickups for your requests. Creating your reverse pickup can get tedious if you don’t have a right solution. With EcoReturns, you can create pickups in just a few clicks. Also, you can define package templates while creating pickups to optimize costs. Learn more about package templates here
Steps to follow
Follow the steps below to "Create pickup" in just a few clicks:
1. Login to your EcoReturns dashboard.
2. After logging in, select ‘Returns’ from the left-side of the menu
3. Next, you will see the list of the returns and exchanges that your customers have initiated
4. Click on any Request for which you want to Create pickup.
5. On the detailed order page, click on ‘Reverse Shipment/Label’ on top of the page and select ‘Create pickup’.
6. EcoReturns allows you to combine requests of the same order to create a single reverse pickup. Select one or more requests to proceed forward.
7. Incase you have multiple warehouses, Choose the warehouse to which you want the item to be shipped from the dropdown.
8. You can enter the dimensions and weight of the package by choosing a Custom package template. Alternatively you can also choose a readymade package template you have created which will automatically fetch all the required details
9. Once you have filled the details, click on Confirm/Update
10. Choose you Own carrier or proceed with EcoShip. Enable Quality check for your pickup by selecting the checkbox beside Perform QC (Quality check) of items during pickup.
11. Based on the carrier you choose, rates will be fetched from them. Choose the service you want to proceed with and proceed to create a pickup.
