How to issue a refund

EcoReturns offers a comprehensive refund mechanism for both you as well as your shoppers. As soon as your customer initiates a refund request, it will pop up on your EcoReturns dashboard. Follow the steps below to issue a refund in just a few clicks from your dashboard-

Login to your EcoReturns dashboard and click on Returns from the left side menu
Select the order ID you wish to issue a refund for.
Next, click on ‘Issue Refund’ on the detailed order page
Select your preferred mode of refund.
You can also deduct any amount such as restocking fee, reverse shipment cost or forward shipment cost from the refund amount by selecting the relevant options.
Click on Issue Refund button and you’re done!
